Available Rabbits
No Rabbits available right now. I do have French and English Litters in nestboxes right now.
Babies will be ready to be placed starting late May - most in June.
First picks go to people who have contacted me in advance.
Please check in regularly on my Facebook page for the most up to date info!
No deposits and no holds. First come first serve with some flexibility for pickups within a week.
I try my best not to sell rabbits with poor type and/or genetic defects. Angoras suffer from irresponsible breeding and I like to make sure I am not contributing to propagating poor quality animals by not selling rabbits that shouldn't be bred.
As a consequence, I do not have 'cheap' rabbits for sale.
I do like to place healthy rabbits - often with unaccepted show colors - in wooler homes, but these rabbits take almost as much of my time and care as a show rabbit and will still be priced at my base level.

I post pictures of litters and available rabbits on my Facebook page first. So if you are on Facebook make sure to like us! Also you do not need to have a facebook account in order to see my Rabbitry page. Its just easier to upload pictures to facebook straight from the barn.
English angoras are a high-grooming commitment creature. Even brief periods of neglect or improper housing will result in a disgusting, matted, dirty coat that is cruel to the animal and ruins the valuable wool. Rabbits kept as Fiber-pets and faithfully clipped down every 3-4 months are much easier to manage, however they still require grooming to keep the coat clean and manage matting.
Jersey Woolies and French Angoras are much more forgiving and easy care breeds.
If you are uncertain about your grooming and Rabbit handling abilities, I recommend starting with a Wooly. I am actively breeding for dense, spin-able wool on my Woolies and can pick out a great 'mini-french' Angora for you.
If you are comfortable handling full size rabbits, the French are really very delightful and easy to care for, produce lots of wool, and have large healthy litters that often hit 5 lbs by 10 weeks. They do require large cages and are more challenging to carry around (not that that stops us).
As an added bonus, both the Woolies and French seem to handle the Texas heat pretty well when shaved down.
Please read my sales policy and do your research before contacting me (see Rabbit Care), as it shows me that you are committed and aware of the unique challenges rabbits, especially wool breeds, present.
I do occasionally have rabbits available to pet homes, either babies who are un-showable or rabbits that have been entrusted with me for re-homing. All rabbits living with me go through quarantine and receive preventative medical care, so a re-homing fee will apply. Please feel welcome to inquire directly if you are interested in a pet.
